Wine at Terroirs
Wine Philosophy – “Natural Wines”
The intention of the wine list is simple: to introduce customers to natural, hand made wines that they feel like drinking. The list includes 200 bins including sparkling and champagne, still and sweet wines. There is also an impressive list of artisan eaux de vie and liqueurs. [more]
The Wine List
The list begins with organic sparkling wines, champagnes and aperitifs (including a stunning dry Marsala) and artisan ciders. The next page, is a selection of twenty by the glass (175ml) and pot lyonnais (500ml). This is followed by a short list with detailed tasting notes for people who don’t have the time or inclination to explore the entirety of the main list. Called “Wines of the Moment” it is an ever-changing selection of twenty wines (ten whites, ten reds) which captures the spirit and diversity of each of the regions. [more] [download wine list]
Wine Service
The wines are stored and served at the appropriate temperature. Because of the way they are made some of the wines are fragile and, in order to be properly appreciated, are recommended to be served cool and/or carafed. [more] |
